Caring for your rug

Act quickly on spills. Blot immediately with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Press gently — don't rub.
Use a natural rug shampoo. For light cleaning, use a mild, natural rug shampoo with cold water and as little water as possible.
Avoid harsh chemicals. Chemical stain removers can damage natural wool and dyes. Choose gentle, natural cleaners.
Professional cleaning. For stubborn stains or a deep clean, use a professional rug-cleaning service. Never machine-wash.
Everyday care. Vacuum without the beater bar or use a soft brush for dust and pet hair. Rotate the rug every few months for even wear.
