Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your rug is delivered to tell us you'd like to return it. Just e-mail [email protected] with your order number (RK-…) — a photo of the rug on your floor helps us understand what didn't work, but it isn't required.

How to send it back

Returns go back to our workshop in Turkey. Once you contact us we'll reply with the return address and simple packing instructions.

• Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked and insured service — FedEx, UPS or DHL all work well for rugs.
• Please roll the rug with the pile facing in and pack it so it stays clean and dry.
• The rug must come back unused, clean and in the condition it arrived in.
• Ship it within 14 days after we confirm your return.

Your refund

When the rug arrives we check it and send you a confirmation. Your refund is issued within 7 business days to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can take another 5–10 days to show on your statement.

You get back the full price you paid for the rug. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it. Import duties, taxes and customs fees paid on delivery are set by your country and can't be refunded by us — in some countries you can reclaim them from customs or FedEx.

Damaged or not as described

If your rug arrives damaged, or isn't what the photos and description showed, that's on us. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free return or a solution that works for you.

Exchanges

Every rug is one of a kind, so we can't swap it for an identical piece. The easiest way is to return the rug and order the one you'd prefer — we're happy to help you find it.
